Thurs. 6/10
This is very difficult. We have been advised by the entire medical team that Sue has an extemely minimal chance of surviving and if she does, there are serious questions about what quality of life she will have. Sue has deteriorated on several fronts however, as of last night she was resting fairly comfortably. Michelle, Brian and I are struggling with decisions we must make as we go forward. I can only ask that you pray for Sue and the 3 of us as we look for God's answers and direction. We continue to have hope. We have Nancy and her family, as well as Dad and Joan here to provide support. Love to all, Mike

ReplyDeleteMy heart is heavy after reading the latest news about Sue. As the days between blogs became longer, I was becoming increasingly uneasy with the feeling that something was wrong. There is nothing that I can say that will relieve your burden. Bob and I are keeping all of you in our prayers.

We are so very saddened by the latest news. We pray for comfort and peace for all of you. The days ahead will not be easy as you work through those tough decisions. We are thinking of you constantly. Love to all.
